Challenge 8: Mayan Sun God

Here's a quick sketch of a sun god warrior. I had to get the typical Mayan warrior dude out in the open so that I won't be constantly thinking about it when I'm trying to come up with cooler ideas.

Sketched in Alias Sketchbook. I'm not quite into the painting stage with this tablet pc yet, so sketches for now. It's good practice for me!

Challenge 8: Mayan Sun God

Greetings Members,

With the end of the Mayan calendar fast approaching, and thus bringing with it the end of the world as we know it, why don't we all take a stab at representing what a Mayan Sun God might look like? Just for kicks, eh?

It can be the actual god itself, or worshipers of said god, or the domain of said god...anything that says "this is about a Mayan Sun God". :D
